We at Green Driving School realise that learning to drive can be a daunting experience, That is why we try to make sure that we make learning to drive as enjoyable and stress free as possible. With this in mind we only employ experienced driving instructors who have had the all the necessary training in order to get you driving as quickly and easily as possible. We were all learners once after all so we know exactly what you are going through. For this reason, we will do everything in our power to make your learning experience an enjoyable and positive one.

Our instructors will help you through each step of the way, including theory.hazard perception training if needed. They will take you from the basic controls all the way through to you driving independently in all the various daily situations you might face on the road. We will also introduce you to 'Eco safe driving'.This is driving with the environment in mind, for example, keeping your tyres  correctly inflated can drastically improve your fuel economy. This is just one of the many tips you will be given throughout your learning, Our aim is not only to get you through your test as quickly as possible but also to make you an accomplished and confident driver so you may practice safe and 'Green' driving for life.

Passing your test is not the end of your learning, it is a well known fact that drivers get better with age and experience. But to give you a head start on the road to becoming a better driver some or our instructors can give you supplementary training once you pass your test. The training is known as the "Pass Plus Course" which involves an additional six hours of driver training including night driving, wet weather driving and motorway driving, There is no test at the end of this course, but you will be provided with a certificate to show you have completed it. This can then be shown to your insurance company which may reduce your premium.
